In order to improve the corrosion resistance and service life of the anchor pallet, the steel plate needs to be surface treated. Common surface treatment methods include galvanizing and painting. Regardless of the surface treatment method used, its surface quality should meet the relevant standards and should not have quality problems such as sand holes, undercuts, bubbles, etc.
In order to ensure that the anchor pallet meets the corresponding quality standards, our factory will conduct strict quality inspections, including appearance inspection, dimension measurement, tensile test, etc. Especially during the tensile test, it will ensure that the tensile strength is not less than 270MPa and the elongation at break is not less than 22%.
