Function and structure of the stamping die for the bearing seat
The stamping die for the bearing seat usually includes the following main parts:
Upper die plate and lower die plate: The upper end of the upper die plate is equipped with a die handle, and the upper die plate and the lower die plate are respectively fixed with guide pins and guide sleeves that slide with each other.
Concave die and Punch die: The concave die is installed on the upper end surface of the lower die plate, and the punch is installed on the punch fixing plate and cooperates with the concave die. A stripper plate is provided under the concave die, and a stripper plate is provided on the outer sleeve of the punch.
Push rod: The push rod passes through the lower die plate, the punch pad plate and the punch fixing plate, and is supported on the lower end surface of the stripper plate.
