Features: 1. The workpiece has good coaxiality, straight surface and high dimensional accuracy; 2. High production efficiency, and is not limited by the accuracy of the strip shape and size. Sometimes scrap corners can also be used for reproduction.

Due to the obvious advantages of the composite mold itself, mold companies generally tend to choose the composite mold structure when conditions permit.

Disadvantages: It is difficult to process and manufacture mold parts, and the cost is high, and the convex and concave molds are easily restricted by the minimum wall thickness, which makes some lower parts with small inner hole spacing and inner hole and edge spacing not suitable for use.
