Design stage

2. Design and drawing: Use CAD (computer-aided design) software to perform three-dimensional modeling and two-dimensional drawing of the mold to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of the design.
3. Process planning: According to the design drawings, formulate a detailed manufacturing process plan, including mold structure design, material selection, processing procedures, heat treatment schemes, etc.
Manufacturing stage
1. Material preparation: According to the process plan, prepare the required mold materials, such as mold steel, alloy steel, etc., and perform necessary pretreatment, such as annealing, tempering, etc.
2. Processing and manufacturing:
1) Rough processing: Through milling, turning and other methods, the mold material is preliminarily processed to form a rough mold shape.
2) Finishing: Use high-precision processing methods such as grinding, EDM, wire cutting, etc. to finely process the mold to achieve the accuracy and surface quality required by the design.
3. Assembly and debugging: Assemble the processed mold parts and debug them to ensure that the mold can work normally.
4. Quality inspection: Strict quality inspection of the manufactured molds, including size inspection, shape inspection, surface quality inspection, etc., to ensure that the mold quality meets the design requirements.
Debugging and delivery
1. Mold trial verification: Before formal production, use the mold for mold trial verification to check whether the molding effect, dimensional accuracy, etc. of the mold meet the product requirements.
2. Problem rectification: According to the results of the mold trial verification, make necessary adjustments and improvements to the mold to solve existing problems.
3. Delivery and use: After debugging and rectification, the qualified mold will be delivered to the customer for use, and corresponding technical support and after-sales service will be provided
