That said, stability becomes more important than speed alone. If alignment is slightly off, defects will repeat in every cycle. Because of that, this mold focuses more on guiding accuracy and station balance rather than only increasing production rate.
Material and structure are adjusted depending on part complexity. For simpler parts, the layout is more direct. For parts with multiple forming steps, more attention is given to transition areas between stations.
