Press condition, material variance, feed alignment - small variables, big consequences. We build stamping molds that account for these realities. Our approach is simple: specify the right tool steel for the actual job, hold clearances that survive real-world press deflection, and polish wear surfaces so material flows instead of galls. If you're punching, blanking, bending, or drawing sheet metal in any serious volume, the mold you put in the press matters more than the press itself.
