Hyper-Elastic Deformation Control: The die geometry is calculated to prevent micro-cracks during the cold-forming stage, preserving the steel's molecular integrity.

Low-Friction Matrix Inserts: We utilize TD-treated (Thermal Diffusion) or vanadium-carbide coated inserts that facilitate a smooth metal flow, resulting in a mirror-like internal finish that prevents chemical corrosion from the extinguishing agents.
