II. Heavy-Duty Metallurgy for 24/7 Operations
English: Steel header production involves constant high-load impacts. To prevent die cracking and premature wear, we use H13 or DC53 premium tool steel, treated with vacuum quenching and multiple tempering cycles. The contact surfaces are further enhanced with TiAlN (Titanium Aluminum Nitride) coating, which provides extreme thermal stability and hardness (up to 3300 HV). This prevents "cold welding" and friction-induced galling, significantly extending the die life under high-tonnage pressure.
III. Ergonomic Contour Precision
