A. High-Load Stress Management

Forming a 10mm steel plate into a domed anchor tray generates massive internal stress within the mould. We utilize FEM (Finite Element Method) analysis to identify potential fatigue zones. Our die bases are reinforced with extra-thick forged plates to prevent the "breathing" effect during stamping, ensuring consistent product height.

B. Anti-Cracking Punch Design

Q: How do you prevent the punch from sticking in thick plates? A: We use high-force nitrogen gas springs for the stripper plates. This provides the necessary ejection force to cleanly release 10mm+ plates from the punch, maintaining high production speeds.
