1. Pressing material
In stretching die processing, pressing is the first step. This step mainly locks the metal material onto the mold through machine or manual means, ensuring that the mold can correctly process the metal material.
2. Stretch
Stretching is the core process of a stretching die, which requires significant deformation of the pressed metal material. Stretching is generally divided into multiple passes, and after each stretch, the mold needs to be adjusted before proceeding to the next stretch.
3. Closing
After completing the final stretching process, the mold needs to be finished, and the metal materials should be promptly removed from the mold for subsequent processing work such as trimming and cleaning.
